After learning about Charles Group Consulting and its internship program, I knew I wanted to pursue the chance to join the team. A firm that largely serves nonprofits and membership-based organizations in the policy realm aligned perfectly with my background as a macro social worker. This opportunity allowed me to witness and take part in all the work that is put into ensuring these nonprofits can continue serving the community.

As a macro social worker, I wanted to learn how social services fit into the realm of state government and the impact of that involvement. I have learned so much about Massachusetts policy and the importance of all the organizations we serve.

I love the style in which CGC operates its intern program - questions are always welcome. I have absolutely loved my time here, and I can safely say I have learned skills and practices I will take everywhere I go.
